Bad R.A.P.

Salt, sugar and fats are all essential to a healthy life. Needless to say Americans are getting too many of these. But more importantly were getting the wrong types. They all have good and bad among the many.
Focusing on Salt, Sugar and Fat deflects attention from the guys that really deserve a bad R.A.P.
Refined, Artificial, and Processed foods. Salt, sugar and fat are Real food, natural food and fine in the right types and amounts.
Refined, Artificial and Processed are tolerated by our bodies, filtered and rejected. Prefer real food. Eat real food.
