Some eat oatmeal daily for heart health. There's certainly lots of benefits to this. But I wouldn't make this my daily ritual. It's not really the best for weight loss.
Oatmeal = milk, sugar, butter (1/2 cup 200+ calories)
Oatmeal Cookie = milk, sugar, butter, egg, flour. (1 lrg 81 calories)
